Excuse me, are you talking about a list of the names of legendaries or a list with their locations? We can only make a list of their names because due to the rule people have been applying recently, we cannot make a list of legendary locations or even say where a legendary is found.

You can't, because it requires you to trade the Pokemon, and trade evolutions do not yet work on TPL.

where is dratini,ekans and koffing?

Um...i have seen Koffing in lavender town,Seen Ekans in lavender town as well and forgot were i once saw a dratini.
